Had a real good stay for anything on this visit, everything was excellent. We were offered freshly prepared breakfast even with vouchers. The pool area was very clean and the location was magnificent and perfect, really close to Princess and Ontario, and 401 and downtown.

It's reasonable base for sightseeing and exploring Kingston. The breakfast is freshly cooked and great with lots of food. The hotel boasts central location in the west tower.

We were given brand-new, extremely pleasant room with jacuzzi. At the restaurant, the breakfast was incredible even with vouchers.

All in all everything was great, had a very nice stay for a personal vacation. The restaurant was very convenient for breakfast, I tried amazing dishes. It was in a particularly good location with pleasant views over the poolside. You could walk to shopping malls and a flea market.

A coffeemaker and a heating system available in the queen room. Absolutely perfect location to the "Shine" dance competition, and large bedrooms. Also - close to a new park and Kingston for an RMC reunion.

Good quality place, it has helpful stuff from reception to chambermaid. The rooms are well priced and they have climate control and a coffeemaker. The location is excellent and gorgeous, a 15-minute walk from a bus station.

Its location in Kingston was favourable, near to the restaurant and a nice pool/sauna and steam rooms and hot tubsI and downtown and early check-in. The staff were attentive and responsible, everything was good.

Secondly, the hotel amenities, including the water slide and pool, were a hit with my kids and provided hours of fun for the whole family. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to access necessary amenities and attractions in the area. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a great value for our money.

While there were some minor issues during our stay, overall everything was satisfactory.
